It has convenient transportation and is close to the zoo station of Metro Line 4 and Chegongzhuang West Station of Metro line 6.
Guoyi Hotel was founded in 1959, formerly known as the guest house of the Ministry of construction and industry. In 1962, it was assigned to the State Council organ Affairs Administration (now the state organ affairs administration), and named guoyizhao. In 1984, it was renamed Guoyi Hotel. In 2003, it was listed as the first designated hotel for centralized procurement by the central government.
