The hotel service is average. The training of waiters was not up to standard. We asked for a room in the middle. The check-in waiter said that I will arrange which one you want to live in, not necessarily which one you want to live in. This is too blunt. It gives people a bad feeling as soon as they check in. The room facilities are average. The room near the city view is very noisy. Downstairs is KTV.
