Mingshan Ecological Resort is located in the southwest of Qingyuan Mountain National 5A scenic spot, with an area of about 35 hectares and an altitude of 250-300 meters. It is 3 kilometers away from Quanzhou EMU station and 11.5 kilometers away from the central urban area. The park is lush with over 20000 negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter, 20 times that of the urban area. It is known as a natural oxygen bar. The spring water in the park is rich and clean, with a history of 650 million years. The peach blossom jellyfish, known as 'giant panda in water', lives here. The annual average temperature is 17.7-21.3 degrees, which is 3-4 degrees lower than the urban area. The temperature difference between day and night is large, and the temperature is warm in winter and cool in summer. Qingyuan mountain has been producing tea for thousands of years. During the song and Yuan Dynasties, Qingyuan tea was sold overseas with Dehua porcelain, so the 'maritime Silk Road' is also known as the 'tea porcelain road'. Cai Xiang, a historian of the Northern Song Dynasty, was an ancient tea sage after Lu Yu. He was famous for inventing the little dragon troupe to pay tribute to the imperial court. When he was the magistrate of Quanzhou twice, he promoted Qingyuan tea.
