Kitchenette, Refrigerator, Shower, clothing washer (doesnt really dry - but they give you a clothes rack to air dry). couch, desk, closet space, wifi, shelves, and a great view. Fairly quiet, but you do get some street noise that leaks in through the windows. Bed and pillows are comfy. TV with DVD player, too.

This is about the worst hotel/service apartment that I stayed in my many years travelling around China. Besides location being in Jingan area, everything else is BAD. Check-in was at the 13th floor and the office looked more like a store room, very messy and dirty. The bed was very hard and the two pillows provided when put together was less than two inches thick.. Bath towel was very old, dirty and torned. (looked more like an old rag ) The shower cubicle, extremely small and slippery and the water pressure for the shower was very low. I will not return to this service apartment and I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

I just want to say that when I went to the hotel and entered the room, two cleaning aunts, one on the sofa and the other on my bed! I'm very upset! Everything else is OK
